Visual Concepts Signs and Lighting LLC was built to meet the sign and lighting needs of commercial and industrial properties. We send expert technicians and fully stocked lift trucks so illuminated fixtures — signs, security lighting, and parking-lot lights — get a responsive, efficient repair.

We cover every part of South Carolina, plus the greater Charlotte market in North Carolina as far as Concord, Salisbury, Statesville, Hickory, and Asheville, and greater Augusta, Georgia. Trucks dispatch from Charlotte, Charleston, Columbia, Augusta, and Greenville. Inside a 25-mile radius of those dispatch hubs, travel is not charged. Outside the 25-mile rings, travel is charged. We only self-perform in that footprint — our technicians, our trucks.

We keep the parts on the truck to resolve most outages in a single visit, retain certified electricians for the work behind the fixture, and warrant installed parts for one year from the date of replacement. Every client gets complimentary quarterly inspections so outages are caught before a tenant has to call.

Grocery stores, property-management groups, auto dealerships, and hospital systems already use us to survey and repair signs and lighting. If a site is dark tonight, submit a work order — it routes to the sales rep for that area.
