We only self-perform in the markets we cover. Visual Concepts technicians and our own lift trucks — not a subcontractor network. We cover every part of South Carolina, plus the greater Charlotte market in North Carolina as far as Concord, Salisbury, Statesville, Hickory, and Asheville, and greater Augusta, Georgia. Trucks dispatch from Charlotte, Charleston, Columbia, Augusta, and Greenville. Inside a 25-mile radius of those dispatch hubs, travel is not charged. Outside the 25-mile rings, travel is charged.

Every part of South Carolina. No travel inside 25 miles. Inside a 25-mile radius of Charlotte, Charleston, Columbia, Augusta, and Greenville, we do not charge travel. Outside those rings we do charge travel, and we still cover every part of South Carolina.
